ALL MY CHILDREN alum Justin Bruening (ex-Jamie) is having a very, very good year. On Monday, April 11, catch his plum guest spot as swimmer "Rocket" Rob Tredwyck on ABC's CASTLE. In the episode titled "The Dead Pool," an Olympic hopeful ends up dead in a training pool, leading Castle -- played by ONE LIFE TO LIVE's Nathan Fillion (ex-Joey) -- and Beckett to investigate his murder.
Next, Bruening will appear as Lucas in an episode of NBC's upcoming summer sitcom FRIENDS WITH BENEFITS. But the news that's got everyone chattering lately is that the former KNIGHT RIDER star has landed the coveted role of Army vet-turned-Justice Department staffer Steve Trevor in NBC's reboot of WONDER WOMAN. In the upcoming series, he'll star opposite FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS' Adrienne Palicki, whose nabbed the title role as the crime fighter and her two alter egos, billionaire businesswoman Diana Themyscira and her assistant, Diana Prince.
Bruening's episode of CASTLE will air on Monday, April 11, at 10 p.m. EST. NBC has yet to announce a debut date for FRIENDS WITH BENEFITS, but WONDER WOMAN is expected to be on the network's schedule this fall.
