ALL MY CHILDREN Actor Mike Minor Dead At 75

ALL MY CHILDREN actor Mike Minor (Brandon) has died at the age of 75.

The actor is best known for his role as Steve Eilot on the classic television series PETTICOAT JUNCTION. After that show went off the air, Minor appeared in soaps with brief stints on THE EDGE OF NIGHT and AS THE WORLD TURNS.

Minor is best known to daytime audiences for his role as AMC’s Brandon Kingsley, whose affair with Erica broke up her marriage to Tom. However, Brandon and Erica split up when she discovered he had a wife and kids he had no intention of leaving!

In the photo above from the 1988 episode when Erica dreamt of many of the men in her life, that’s Minor to the left of David Canary (Adam/Stuart).

Minor was on AMC from 1980-82, then from 1983-84, played Dr. Royal Dunning on ANOTHER WORLD. He passed away from cancer on Jan. 25. Our condolences to his friends and family.
