GENERAL HOSPITAL Star Kirsten Storms Poses With Replacement Molly Burnett, Says They’ve Been Friends All Along!
Some fans of GENERAL HOSPITAL were not pleased to see Molly Burnett taking over as Maxie for Kirsten Storms during her sick leave, but Storms herself took to social media to let everyone know how much she loves her replacement!
“I bet some of you didn’t know that Molly and I have been buddies for years,” she wrote, “or that she was one of the few friends I invited to my wedding party back in the day. And she tore up the dance floor that night.”

Then Storms shared another delightful pic of the two of them clowning around she declared “sums it up!”
Shortly after her episodes began airing, Burnett tweeted, “Thank you, Port Charles, for letting me visit. Kirsten is so talented and created such a fun character, it was an honor to step in for a few.”
Storms is currently scheduled to return in the episode airing Wednesday, August 3.
