Prospect Park Offers Lucci A Similar Salary!

On the heels of Walt Willey (Jackson) announcing that the ALL MY CHILDREN cast received their first proposals from Prospect Park earlier this week, Deadline is reporting that Susan Lucci (Erica) was the first cast member to receive an offer from the media company. Furthermore, the Emmy winner has reportedly been offered nearly the same salary she’s currently making at ABC, and is mulling over the proposed contract.

“I think that this could be the beginning of something very, very exciting,” Lucci recently told Soaps In Depth about Prospect Park’s plans. “It feels groundbreaking and visionary. It seems only fair that this show with Agnes [Nixon, AMC’s creator] — who’s always been such a visionary — that this show should be in this position to forge that new ground. It seems that everybody from Prospect Park are visionaries themselves and have a track record. They are substantial people in the industry. It seems that if anyone can make a go of this new move and this vision it’s them. I think if we were to go forward we’d be in the best of hands.”

Here’s hoping that Lucci is just the first fan favorite that Prospect Park brings to its retooled version of ALL MY CHILDREN when it launches online in early 2012!
