Spinelli Gets Crazy!

You may know Bradford Anderson best as GENERAL HOSPITAL’s nerdy Spinelli, but the actor certainly isn’t being typecast, appearing in an episode of PERCEPTION as a crazed cult member!

In the episode “The Messenger,” airing Monday, August 6 at 10pm EST on TNT, Anderson plays Shane Flannery, who is a suspect in the brutal murder of a cult member who claimed to hear the word of God.

“It was really fun,” Anderson says of the role. “I get to play a fiery zealot who thinks just about everyone should burn if they don’t think like he does. That might not sound ‘fun,’ but for me it was nice to do something other than my usual wide-eyed innocent.”

The actor also learned that there was a surprising connection between his daytime home and PERCEPTION star Eric McCormack. “It was a great cast and crew,” Anderson reports. “And I also learned that GH is frequently viewed in the McCormack household!”
