THE FOLLOWING PROMOTION IS VALID IN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC). VOID ELSEWHERE AND WHERE PROHIBITED. YOU MAY NOT ENTER THIS PROMOTON IF YOU ARE NOT AGE 18 OR OLDER AND A LEGAL RESIDENT OF AND CURRENTLY RESIDING IN THE UNITED STATES OR CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC) THIS PROMOTION WILL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO U.S. LAW.

1. HOW TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter: 1) by mail or 2) via Internet

To enter by mail: Print your name, address, age and day and evening phone numbers on a 3” x 5” postcard and mail to Brandon Barash Photo Sweepstakes, c/o Soaps In Depth, 270 Sylvan Avenue, Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632. Entries must be received no later than Monday, November 16. 2009. Limit one entry per envelope. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries allowed.

To enter online: Log onto abc.soapsindepth.com and email your response in the designated format beginning 12:00:01 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) on Monday, October 19, 2009 and ending 11:59:59 P.M. ET on Monday, November 2, 2009. In the event of a dispute, Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries, illegible entries, entries containing incorrect information, transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the sweepstakes, or for inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, and such entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, hardware, software, network, program or other damage, errors or failures of any kind, whether human or technical in nature, that may arise from or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes, or in the transmission or receipt of entries.

All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Incomplete entry forms will be disqualified. Winners will be selected from all sources of entry without differentiating between the two sources. Limit one entry per household, regardless of method of entry. No automated entries.

3. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received from both entry methods combined.

4. PRIZE(S): One (1) prize will be awarded to one winner.

Winner will receive one photograph taken by Brandon Barash.

Approximate retail value: $150.

Sponsor may, at its sole discretion and for any reason, substitute a prize of equal or greater value, including a cash award.

Winner is solely responsible for all applicable Federal, State and local taxes on the prize. Prize is not transferable. To receive prize, winner must execute an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability and prize acceptance form within 10 days of notification, if required by Sponsor. Noncompliance or return of any form as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

5. DRAWING METHODOLOGY:

Winner will be selected by a random drawing held within 5 days of the conclusion of the entry period set forth herein from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by or under the supervision of Sponsor, whose decisions will be final in all matters concerning the sweepstakes. Canadian residents who are selected in the prize drawing will be required to correctly answer a skill-testing mathematical question before being declared a winner.

Winner will be notified by mail, phone or e-mail within fourteen (14) days after the drawing. If winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within five (5) days of being contacted, if any prize is returned as undeliverable, or in the event a potential winner does not accept the prize or fails to comply with these rules and requirements, the prize will be forfeited. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.

Except where prohibited by law, by entering, winner consents to the use of his/her name, voice, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration with the understanding that it will be relied upon by the Sponsor in connection with this sweepstakes.

The Sponsor, its parent company, their subsidiaries, owners, stockholders, agents, licensees, agencies, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, assigns, successors, managers and operators of the sweepstakes, advertising and/or promotional agencies or any other sponsors or promoters (the “concerned parties”), assume no liability or responsibilities, financial or otherwise, of any damage, loss, injury or death resulting from or arising out of the acceptance and use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right at any time to cancel this sweepstakes, make rules and contest changes and/or substitute other prizes of equal or greater value for any reason.

6. ELIGIBILITY: The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec), currently residing therein. Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Sponsor’s parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies directly involved in this sweepstakes, and members of the immediate families or households of any of the above, are NOT eligible to participate in this sweepstakes. Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all Federal, State and local laws.

7. DECISION OF THE JUDGE(S): All decisions of the Sponsor regarding winner selection and this sweepstakes are final. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time for any reason without notice.

8. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of the judges. Entrants further agree that any information collected from them will be subject to and may be used and disclosed in accordance with the website’s privacy policy.

Be sure to include with any request for a winner’s list the name of the contest or sweepstakes or the name and issue date of the magazine in which the sweepstakes appeared. Washington and Vermont residents may omit return postage.
